Return/Exchange Period

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return or exchange:
- Unused and in original condition.
- Tags attached and the product must remain unstitched.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty or does not match the original images displayed on our website.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Each item can be returned or exchanged once, provided the above conditions are met.

Refund Policy

We offer full refunds to the original payment method for eligible returns.
- Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Please allow 2 weeks for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
- If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank for further assistance.

Reporting Damages

For damaged or incorrect products, please report the issue to our customer care team immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

A flat fee of PKR 250 applies to all nationwide deliveries.

Delivery Time

Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Handling Returns

If the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Rangreza Studio will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
