Shipping & Returns - Fast Shipping & Easy Returns

At Rangreza Studio, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to return or exchange a product, the following terms and conditions apply:

Return/Exchange Period: Customers may return or exchange their items within 7 days of receiving the order.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and unstitched. Returns will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the original images displayed on our website.
Return and Exchange Conditions: All items can be returned or exchanged once, provided the conditions above are met.
Refund Policy: We offer full refunds to the original payment method for returns. Please note, refunds will not be processed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. For refunds, please allow 2 weeks for the amount to be credited to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank for more details.
Reporting Damages: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it immediately to our customer care team.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges: We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 for all nationwide deliveries.
Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Handling Returns: If you are returning or exchanging an item, the cost of return shipping will be borne by Rangreza Studio only if the product was damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
